Rates & Policy
You may either book online or please email your reservation enquiry to firstname.lastname@example.org along with your confirmed check-in and check-out dates, check-in time, category of room required, no. of guests, no. of rooms required, extra bed requests etc.
- Check-in time 12:00 p.m. Early check-in is subject to room availability.
YOUR ARRIVAL TIME IS EXTREAMLY IMPORTANT TO US
Please confirm your check-in time via an email upon making your room reservation or before check-in.
- Check-out time is 11:00 a.m. Late check-out is subject to room availability. A half-day charge will be applied if checking out after 11:00 a.m. and a full-day charge will be applied if checking out after 5:00 p.m. The payment must be made in advance. The Best Inn reserves the right to remove an occupant’s belongings from the room and rebook the room if an occupant fails to notify and pay in advance. If an occupant is intended to depart in the morning before 9:30 a.m., please check out at the reception desk before 7:00 p.m. on the previous night.
- Early Check-In & Late Check-Out may be allowed at the sole discretion of the management based upon availability of rooms and upon payment of applicable charges.
- If you have made your reservations online or via a travel agent please carry the appropriate travel vouchers / receipts issued to you to Check-In at The Best Inn. The Best Inn reserved the right to refuse check-in without valid receipts / vouchers.
- Breakfast on Check-In day will be charged.
All outstanding amount, if any, is payable to the property directly upon your arrival in Cash (Indian Rupees)
Credit Cards are accepted for online reservations only. We do not accept Credit Cards towards payment of Room Charges at The Best Inn. All payments at The Bets Inn are payable in Cash.
All confirmed Reservation will be held only against Credit Card guarantee or advance payment of Room Charge only.
If your organization is on approved credit list, then bill to company facility can be extended against written instruction from the company on its letterhead. In all such cases, the bill has to be settled within 15 days from the date of check out. In the absence of the billing letter from the company, the guest may be asked to pay the bill on departure.

For Individual Room Reservation (i.e. maximum of one Room) made directly with The Best Inn by depositing an advance via RTGS fund transfer or cheque/cash deposit into the HDFC Bank Account of The Best Inn. (Period: 1st April to 31st September)

- By 12.00 p.m. upto 2 Days prior to arrival date: One Night Cancellation Charge
- Less than 48 Hours before 12.00 p.m. on check-in day: 100% Cancellation Charge
For Reservations of more than One Room made directly with The Best Inn by depositing an advance via RTGS fund transfer or cheque/cash deposit into the HDFC Bank Account of The Best Inn. (Period: 1st April to 31st September)
- By 12.00 p.m. 30 Days prior to arrival date: No. Cancellation Charge
- By 12.00 p.m. upto 14 Days prior to arrival date: One Night Cancellation Charge
- Less than 72 Hours before 12.00 p.m. on check-in day: 100% Cancellation Charge
For Online Reservations via Credit Cards
A 10% processing charge is applicable for all Reservations.
Cancellations made Less than 48 Hours before 12.00 p.m. on check-in day: 10% towards processing charge plus 1st night’s accommodation total.
In the event of a no show, your card will be charged for the first nights accommodation total.
Please call the Guesthouse to verify group policies. Peak Season (1st October to 31st March) & Holiday cancellation policies may vary from the policy mentioned above.
CUSTOMER'S RIGHT TO CHANGES AND CANCELATION
If a customer wishes to change or cancel a reservation, this must be done by phone, email, or in person. A valid change or cancelation must be made by noon of the day prior to the check-in date or 24 hours prior to the check-in time, whichever is earlier. Changes and cancelation made by email is only valid when customer receives a confirmation email from The Best Inn. For all invalid changes and cancelations, a one-day charge per room in selected accommodation price will be charged.
ONLINE RESERVATION TERMS & CONDITIONS
For any reservations that were booked using our Online Reservation, the credit card will be charged in Indian Rupees for the total amount quoted for the entire stay as reserved.
Full name on the credit card MUST MATCH the name being used for the reservation. Guests must provide same credit card and photo identification upon check-in.
In the event that we become aware of or are notified of any fraudulent or illegal activity associated with the credit card for this reservation, we reserve the right to cancel a reservation without notice.
By agreeing to our terms and conditions for our pre-payment offer, you hereby verify that you are the credit card holder and authorize The Best Inn to charge the credit card in full for the amount of the entire stay.
LUGGAGE STORAGE FEE
First day – each registered Guest can store 1/2 m3 size of luggage until 6:00p.m. for free. A charge of Rs. 100 per piece of luggage per day will be applied afterwards. Boxes will not be stored.
Please note that The Best Inn is not responsible for any loss or damage during the storage. Customers are advised to bring all valuables with them at all times. In the event of forgotten luggage, The Best Inn will hold the luggage for 7 days from the date of discovery. Other items left behind will be discarded.
THE BEST INN’s RIGHT TO CHANGES AND CANCELATION
The Best Inn reserves the right to change or modify a reservation in case of circumstances caused by conditions beyond control that cannot be predicted, avoided or rectified.
The primary guest must be at least 18 years of age to check into the Guesthouse.
It is mandatory for guests to present valid photo identification upon check in. A valid photo identification must be a Driving License, Voter ID Card, or Passport.
All Foreign Nationals have to submit their Passport having a Valid Indian Visa at the Front Desk for verification & photocopying. You are advised to carry a photocopy of your Passport & Indian Visa and to submit the same to the Front Desk at the time of Check-In.
If your booking includes an extra bed, kindly note that the Guesthouse provide a folding cot or a mattress as an extra bed.
We allow up to 2 people in a room. Extra bed charges will apply for a third person in the room who is above 2 years old.
Baby cribs are not available.
Visitors are not allowed in the guest house between 9:00 p.m. and 9:00 a.m. The number of occupants must not exceed the number that was provided on the registration form.
Occupants are advised to keep noise level at a minimum at all times, especially between 9:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. Occupants must not cause disturbances for other occupants in any circumstances.
Smoking is prohibited in all rooms at all times. Guests found smoking in guest’s room will be charged Rs. 1000 per day.
Please keep the door locked at all times. Occupants are advised to bring all valuables with them at all times. The Best Inn is not responsible for damaged, destroyed, or lost luggage, or for the theft of luggage or valuables in areas that are accessible by the general public.
A Rs. 500 fee will be charged when any food, drink, or other type of stains are found on the bed sheets/pillowcase/towels. Please ensure all furniture is in good condition before checking out, otherwise a compensation charge will be imposed. The charge is determined by the manager.
Pets are not permitted in any guest room at any time.
